At present,CoE hasbeen applied in practice and hasachieved goodresults,so the paper presentsthe implementation of SoE protocol andapplication in the numerical control system. Thispa- per first introduces the basic content of communication protocol,and then analyzes the existing EtherCAT protocol,and then analyzes the structure and performance of the EtherCAT protocol,and then verifies the improved protocol from two aspects:performance and function.
