GH4169 合金热轧过程流变应力模型

摘要:以GH4169 合金应变温度在950~ 1 100 ℃,应变速率在0.1~ 100.0 s-1 范围的应力-应变曲线为研究对象,基于Arrhenius 方
程和Zener-Hollomom 参数构建合金的流变应力模型,采用此模型对GH4169 合金在等温等速压缩过程中变形温度、变形速率、
变形程度与流变应力的关系进行数值仿真分析。结果表明,除流变失稳区域(950 ℃和100.0 s-1) 的曲线外,在其他应变速率和
温度范围,模拟所得应力-应变曲线与实测曲线取得较高的拟合精度,能较好地反映GH4169 合金在不同热力学参数下的变形
特征。本文构建的流变应力模型适用于合金热轧过程的基于有限元法的数值仿真分析。

Flow Stress Model of GH4169 Alloy in Hot Rolling Process

Abstract: Based on the stress-strain curves of GH4169 alloy in the temperature range 950-1 100 ℃and in the
strain rate range 0.1-100.0 s- 1, a flow stress model was established using Arrhenius constitutive equation and
Zener-Hollomom parameter, the relation among the temperature, the strain rate, the strain and the flow stress of
GH4169 alloy during isothermal constant velocity compression was simulated and analyzed with this model.
Results show that except for the curve of the flow instability region at 950 ℃and 100.0 s-1, the high fitting accuracy
was obtained between the measured and the calculated stress for this model at other strain rate and the deformation
temperature, and the deformation characteristics of GH4169 alloy in different process parameters can be better
