69镍基高温合金表面加工硬化研究

摘要:基于高速铣削GH4169镍基高温合金正交试验,借助截面法对每组加工参数下得到的材料表面进行硬
度测量,记录并分析所得硬度值。通过分析可知,GH4169镍基高温合金加工性能差,加工硬化程度在110.5%一
127.5%之间。通过对正交试验数据的极差分析,得到对其表面加工硬化影响的主次因素依次是铣削速度、切削深
度、每齿进给量。并且随着铣削速度的增加,GH4169镍基高温合金的表面加工硬化程度逐渐降低;随着切削深度
的增加,高温合金的表面加工硬化程度逐渐升高;每齿进给量对高温合金的表面加工硬化的影响很小。
