Abstract: Staff is to promote knowledge sharing organizational knowledge capital appreciation, and to improve organizational performance of the driving forces. Based on the theory of planned behavior, from the behavior and attitude, subjective norms, and cognitive-behavioral control in three dimensions to explore the hotel chain employees to share knowledge, intellectual capital and organizational performance impact, and the use of empirical analysis of structural equation modeling to for the hotel chain’s management to provide a reference.

Knowledge management as a management change, are increasingly importance in enterprises, the key element of the staff through an effective mechanism to promote knowledge sharing, in order to achieve capital appreciation of organizational knowledge and organizational performance improvement purposes. In this paper, the theory of planned behavior observed perspective, from the behavior and attitude, subjective norms, and cognitive-behavioral control in three dimensions to explore the hotel chain knowledge sharing among employees and the factors affecting organizational performance on intellectual capital and the degree of influence, the use of structural equation model for empirical analysis, I hope this theoretical framework and empirical conclusions of the examination for the hotel chain to provide a reference for knowledge sharing.
