吉林油田稠油热采污水处理絮凝剂室内试验研究 第33卷第1期 2012年2月 化学工业与工程技术 JournaloJChemicalIndustryamp;Engineering Vol-33N0.1 Feb..2O12 吉林油田稠油热采污水处理絮凝剂室内试验研究* 戴彩丽,丁昊明,高静,康万利 (中国石油大学(华东)石油工程学院,山东青岛266555) 摘要:针对吉林油田稠油热采污水中的油含量高和悬浮质含量高,采用絮凝法处理稠油热采污水, 并进行高效絮凝剂的筛选.在对含油污水成分分析的基础上,采用烧杯实验和分光光度法研究了絮凝 剂的絮凝效果.筛选出了以无机絮凝剂硫酸铝与两性高分子聚合物cE一3090的复配体系,同时研究 了影响絮凝效果的因素并探究了其影响机理.结果表明,在温度4O,pH值7.72,170r/min高速搅拌 lmin,然后50r/min低速搅拌5min,硫酸铝的加量90mg/I,CE一3090的加量0.5mg/1,絮凝沉降3O min后其絮凝效果较好.试验证明该复配处理剂处理含油污水后,含油量和杂质含量都达到了回注回 用及排放标准. 关键词:含油污水絮凝剂絮凝机理絮凝沉降 中图分类号:TE357.12,TE39文献标识码:A文章编号:1006～7906(2012)0l一0004—07 Laboratorytestsofflocculantfortreatingsewagefromheavyoil ofthethermalrecoveryinJilinoilfield DAICaili,DINGHaoming,GAOJing,KANGWanli (CollegeofPetroleumEngineering,ChinaUniversityofPetroleum,Qingdao266555.China) Abstract:ThesewagefromheavyoilofthethermalrecoveryinJilinoilfieldischaracterizedbyhighcontentofoilandSUS— pendedsubstances.Tosolvethisproblem,thechemicalflocculationtreatmenttechnologyofheavyoilwastewaterisstudiedin ordertOchoosethehighefficiencymedicamentanddeterminethetechnologycondition.Basedontheanalysisofthewatercon- tent,jarlestsandspectrophotometerareusedtOdeterminethefloeeulationefficiencyofflocculantinlaboratory.Acompounded flocculantsystemhasbeenchosenasthehighestefficiencywhichcomposedofaluminumsulfateandanamphiphilicmacromole— culepolymerCE～3090.Thefactorsaffectingflocculationeffectofthecompoundedsystemandtheirmechanismhavealsobeen discussed.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthebestoperationalconditionsareachievedat:thebestexperimentaltempera— turewith40℃,pHvalueat7.72,high-speedstirringrateat170r/minfor1minandlow—speedstirringrateat50r/minfor5 min,thedosageofaluminumsulfatewith90mg/Iand0.5mg/IforCE一3090,andtheflocculationtimenolessthan30rain. ThetestsalsovalidatethatthesewagewithheavyoilofJilinoilfieldtreatedbythecompoundedflocculantsystemcanfitthe qualityrequirementoftheinjectedwater,reusedwateranddischargedwater,andthecontentsofoilandsuspendedsubstances inthetreatedwaterhasbeenreachedtherejectionstand
