GlideScope视频喉镜和普通喉镜插管对高血压病人心血管反应的（重庆医科大学附属第一医院麻醉科，重庆 400016） ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级, 拟在全麻经口气管插管下行择期非心脏手术的高血压患者84例，随机分为GlideScope视频喉镜组（G组，n=42）和普通喉镜组（N组，n=42）GlideScope喉镜与普通喉镜经口气管插管对高血压患者的心血管反应无明显差异，且在临床麻醉深度下采用两种喉镜经口气管插管并不导致高血压患者心肌缺血危险的发生。 【关键词】GlideScope视频喉镜；经口气管插管；心血管反应；高血压 Comparative study of cardiovascular responses to orotracheal intubation between using GlideScope Videolaryngoscope and normol laryngoscope in hypertensive patients LI Qi-ying MinSu （Department of Anesthesiology, the First Affiliated Hospital,Chongqing Medical University） 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo compare the cardiovascular responses to orotracheal intubation with GlideScope videolaryngoscope and with normol laryngoscope. in hypertensive patients.Methods：84 hypertensive patients aged 50～70 years,blood pressure controlled,ASA physical status Ⅰ～Ⅱ,scheduled for selected non-heart surgery under general anesthesiaorotracheal intubation were randomly allocated to either GlideScope videolaryngoscope(G,n=42) or normol laryngoscope(N,n=42) group.
