武汉科技学院毕业设计论文 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 家族企业的存在已经是一个世界性的现象。无论是发达国家还是发展中国家，家族企业都大量顽强地生存和发展着，并且在各国（地区）经济中拥有举足轻重的地位。本文阐述家族企业的一般理论，分析国外家族企业的发展状况，揭示出我国家族企业在新的历史时期存在的一系列问题，即产权状况不明晰、治理结构混乱、融资困难、企业经营者素质不高、缺乏战略思考、企业文化建设落后及关系式治理的用人模式等。这些问题已成为制约家族企业发展的因素。我国家族企业要走出一条可持续发展的道路，就必须适时进行所有权结构调整，建立健全科学的企业治理结构和经营管理体制，加快发展完善资本市场，努力提高企业经营者的自身素质，规划企业长远发展战略，进行企业文化重构与创新，同时建立科学的人力资源管理机制，最终使其成为市场经济条件下管理高效的现代化企业。 关键词：家族企业；发展；制度 Abstract The existence of the family enterprises has been a worldwide phenomenon. Whether in developed countries or developing countries, family enterprises widespreadly exist, developing and playing an important part in economy of the countries (regions). By means of indicating the basic theory of family enterprise, analysing the development status of international family enterprises, this article brings to light a series of problems existing during their new historic period. There are many problems such as the obscure ownership and operation right, the out-of-order management structure, the difficulty of financing, the ethic of owners, lacks of strategic plan, the poor enterprise culture building, the poor human resource management and etc. These problems have already become the factors to restrict the development. It is necessary for us to adjust the ownership structure and establish the proper management and operation structure, if Chinese family enterprises want to develop continously. We should also accelerate the capital market modification, elevate the owners’ ethic, plan the further development strategy, restructure enterprise culture and perform the culture reform. And we should establish proper human resource management system, to achieve the efficient modern enterprises under market economic system.
