工程质量以及工程项目管理系统汇总 姓 名： 郎 敏 学 号： 090100132 指导教师： 黄 莉 日 期：2012年3月23日 摘 要 在建筑行业口趋激烈的竞争环境下，以质量为核心的非价格竞争越来越占有重要的 地位。建筑工程质量的好坏将直接严重影响建筑企业的发展。目前国内有关建筑工程管理的法律法规已经逐步建立健全。质量管理控制的实践工作有了长足的发展。但仍需在实践的操作中不断完善不断探索符合自身施工项目的质量管理与控制模式，更好的与国际化接轨，提高建设工程的质量水平。 本文详细叙述建筑工程项目质量管理与控制的发展的现状。首先分析工程项目质量 (仅包括工程项目质量的影响因素和管理要素)；再分析工程项目质量管理的程序与内容； 然后分析国内建筑工程项目质量控制的依据、主要阶段、任务、内容和方法，其内容包括施工方、监理方、设计方关于工程项目质量控制的基本内容；最后提出建筑工程项目质量管理与控制存在的诸多问题，并针对这挫问题提出一系列的解决方法。 关键字：建筑工程；质量管理；质量控制 Abstract In the construction industry and increasingly fierce competitive environment, take the quality as the core of the non price I competition is more and more i mportant role. Construction engineering quality directly will affect the devel opment of building enterprises. Currently the construction project management laws and regulations have been gradually established and improved. The practice of q uality management and control has made great progress. But in practice it still needs to continue to improve the construction project quality management and c ontrol mode, to better conform with internationalization, improve quality level of construction projects. This paper describes the construction engineering project quality management and control of development status. First analysis of engineering project quality (only the project asks quality influence factors and management factors ); and analysis of the Ding Cheng project quality management procedure and content; and analysis of domestic construction project quality control basis, main stage, task, content and methods, which include construction, supervision, design method of engineering project quality control of the basic content; finally proposed the construction project quality management and control problems, and aimed at these problems and put forward a series of solutions.
