12.-(1) Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the provisions of Sub-Parts A to D and F shall not apply to seafarers whose terms and conditions of employment are regulated under the Merchant Shipping Act, 2003. 遵从本章第(2)小节的规定,即从A到D部分的规定及F部分规定,但是这些规定不适用于船员,船员的雇用条款和雇用条件遵从商船法,2003。 (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the provisions of this Part apply to seafarers who work on fishing vessels and shall be to the extent that in the event there is any conflict between the provisions of this Act and the Merchant Shipping Act and its regula- tions, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
