摘 要 在城市化进程迅速的今天，城市的居住形式主要是生活小区，那么小区供水系统的建设就显得尤为重要。而且随着城市用水量不断增加，对供水系统的建设提出了更高的要求。本文采用变频恒压供水系统。该系统根据供水管网的用水情况, 调整水泵投入台数及转速, 实行全自动恒压供水, 达到高效节能的目的; 其水泵用变频器软启动, 对电网无冲击, 能延长水泵的使用寿命。论述了变频调速恒压供水的原理及由PLC组成的变频调速恒压供水控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计方法。并与变频器、压力传感器等器件有机结合起来，构成了变频恒压供水系统。该系统是以管网水压为设定参数，通过控制变频器的输出频率来自动调节水泵电机的转速，并根据用水量的大小由PLC控制水泵数量及变频器对水泵的调速，实现管网水压的闭环调节，即恒压供水。综上所述，交流变频调速恒压供水是现代化城市和生活小区供水的发展方向。采用PLC控制的变频供水系统具有实现容易、价格低廉等特点，是较理想的控制器。 关键词：PLC；变频调速；恒压供水  Abstract In todays rapid urbanization, urban living is mainly living quarters, then the construction of residential water supply system is particularly important.
