基于DCS的油库监控系统设计 摘 要 随着石油化工企业的发展和国家原油战略储备库项目的实施，大型的石化企业均建有大量的各种储罐，由于罐内储存的物品有较高的挥发性，必须小心，因此，为了安全的需要，控制石油储罐区，加强储罐区的安全监控十分重要。 分布式控制系统( DCS ) 是集计算机技术、控制技术、通信技术和C R T显示技术为一体的高新技术产品，DCS监控系统已经广泛应用于油库监控，并且仍然具有强大的竞争力与广阔的前景。本设计就是运用DCS设计油库监控系统。 在充分调研了我国油库监控系统发展情况的基础上，本文对油库的特点以及其监控系统的设计要求进行了详细的分析。我选择浙大中控生产的JX-300XDCS控制系统作为油库的监控系统。本设计中的控制方案运用了单回路控制，分程控制和选择控制，主要对油罐的液位、温度、压力和流量进行检测和控制，控制阀门选择自动调节阀门（气动阀门）。控制方案配有控制流程图，并且对控制方案中用到硬件也做了选型。使用了摄像机对油罐进行实时监控。采用组态王6.5对上位机系统进行了组态设计，共制作了七张组态画面，画面之间可以实现相互切换的功能。 本次对油库监控系统的设计，发挥了DCS控制系统的特点，完成了控制方案与软硬件的设计。 关键词：油库；DCS；控制方案；仿真；组态 Design of Tank Farm Monitoring System Based on DCS Abstract Along with the development of petrochemical industries, as well as national oil strategic reserve library projects, oil tank is gradually to large-scale development. The Distributed Control System (DCS) is a kind of high-tech products that containing computer technology, control technology, communication technology and CRT display technology. DCS system has been widely applied in tank monitoring system, it still has a strong competitive and prospects. This article is mainly talk about the design of tank monitoring system, and analysis the characteristics of tank and its control demands after research the development of tank monitoring system in our country. The method based on DCS will be applied in the design of tank monitoring system. There are four main functions in DCS system, centralized depot monitoring function, operation function, management function and decentralized control function, all of these four functions could be used in tank monitoring system.
