摘 要 新庄湾联合站位于甘肃省境内某干道一侧，该联合站拟建于一块大约是600m×400m的区域上优先征用。站址周围无大型企事业单位及大型建（构）筑物，距离矿场油库53公里。该地区地势较平坦开阔，土质为黄土。 站外来油经三相分离器、加热炉、油气分离器、电脱水器、稳定塔等首先进行油、气、水的分离，再经外输泵和计量间等向外输送。站内气体直接送往气体处理厂进行处理。 站内划分为油罐区，污水处理区，工艺区，配电区，消防区，辅助生产区，设计时设计了有泵流程，同时也考虑了停电流程，即使故流程。 根据任务书所给该站的处理量和各种设计参数，首先初步选择了各工艺段设备，接着确定了总平面布置和联合站的工艺流程。完成了站内的水力、热力计算以及三相分离器、油气分离器、电脱水器、加热炉的选型和校核，并进行了罐区计算，选取了浮顶油罐；接下来绘制了联合站平面布置图，联合站工艺流程图；之后又进行了站内管线的选取，以及外输泵和脱水泵的选取。最后设计并画了阀组间安装图。 关键词：联合站；油气分离；工艺流程；平面布置；泵房安装 Abstract The Central Treating Station of Xin Zhuangwan is located in Bay Village in Gansu Province, a main road side, the Central Treating Station on a proposed approximately 600m × 400m area on a priority acquisition. Meanwhile, the completion of the joint station general layout diagram and flow chart of a joint station, designed and painted a valve between the installation diagram.
