哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 毕 业 设 计 题 目： 院、 系：与工程学院 姓 名： 指导教师： 张旭辉 系 主 任： 刘泊 2011年 6 月 24 日基于ZigBee多用户智能电表设计 摘要 随着我国城市居民住宅建设的迅速发展，楼房用表日益增多，传统的将多个电能表集中挂成一面“表墙”的应用方式，体积大，工程造价高，不利于新型住宅的集中用电管理 。为了简化抄表系统结构，降低系统成本，构建了一种新型的基于ZigBee通讯技术的智能电表。电表的可靠性、使用寿命、计量精度是系统设计的关键。本文选用美国ADI公司的ADE7755高精度电能测量集成电路作为计量芯片，经过精心设计外围电路。该表兼容了抄表器功能，可实现小区用户一个单元内标准16户的电表无线抄送。采用MSP430F133单片机控制16个电能计量模块ADE7755实现自动抄表；通过CC2420芯片以ZigBee无线通讯的方式实现测量数据定时上传和上层实时抄表及其欠费断电命令的下载；使用SSR执行自动断电功能。非易失存储器的数据保护和使用寿命问题等技术难点。经试验室环境下通讯实验，电表运行正常，符合市场对智能电表的设计要求。硬件成本低，体积小，安装接线简单，扩展性好，适应现代化供电网络管理和住宅智能化管理的需要，极具市场潜力。 关键词　ZigBee多用户智能抄表；无线抄送 A Design of Multi-user Smart Meter?Based on ZigBee Abstract With the rapid development of our citizen’s residential construction,the number of energy meters in buildings are increasing day by day.Traditional application mode focusing many energy meters pegged as a “meter wall”, is not conducive to the concentration of new residential electricity management for its big size and high cost。A new type of multi-user smart meter based on the communication technology of ZigBee is built to simplify the structure of meter reading system and reduce system costs. he key of the designing of the system are reliability, service life and accuracy of measurement.In this paper,with the use of high-precision ADIs ADE7755 and the design of the external circuit,It compatibles with the function of meter reading and enables users to plot a standard unit of 16 meters wireless CC.16 energy metering modules of ADE7755 are controlled by MSP430F133 single –chip microcomputer to achive the function of AMR.The funcion that measureds datas are uploaded on time and commands of real-time meter reading and power off forarrears are downloaded from upper are done all by CC2420 chip in the way of ZigBee wireless communication.SSR are set to achieve the fuction of automatic power-off for arrearage. and resolves the difficulties
