It can simulate the four-story elevator’s moving. Hardware part is mainly composed of two MCUs (respective managing external and internal devices), inside and outside key module (call request) of the elevator, LED display module (hint external users that their calls are recorded), nixie tube and 12864(the floor display module), motor and drive modules, a total of five parts. Software portion detect the users’ requests of the key information with query. When elevator runs to the users’ floor, the infrared receiver circuit level will changes, and sends this signal to the microcontroller in order to determines the number of floors. Finally,on nixie tube and 12864 show the current floor. The hardware design is simple and reliable, with the software, this design can basicly realize the running simulation of the four-story elevator. In elevator’s run-time, priority response the call with the same running direction. That is, if the lift up, the first response up call (call floor is greater than the current floor), the downstream response down call.
