海拉尔强水敏含凝灰质储层压裂增产技术 谢朝阳 张浩 唐鹏飞 韩松 (大庆油田采油工程研究院,黑龙江 大庆 163453) 内容摘要:近年来,随着海拉尔盆地勘探工作的深入,发现了不同程度含有凝灰质成份的兴安岭群储层。强水敏的含凝灰质岩石具有强吸水性,且遇水易产生膨胀、分散和运移,失去稳定性,以往较为成熟的水基压裂液体系不能适应储层改造的需要,严重影响了增产效果。海拉尔强水敏兴安岭群储层压裂增产技术研究成功了水包油型冻胶乳化压裂液体系,该体系具有与储层岩石配伍性好、低滤失、低基质渗透率损害率、良好的剪切稳定性、温度稳定性和较强的悬带支撑剂的能力;可保证从配液、运输到施工全过程的乳化性和破乳性要求,对地层不产生乳化伤害;施工结束后,在油层温度下破胶彻底,利于破胶液返排,有利于降低压裂液对油层的伤害程度,可适应40~90Fracpro PT软件完成参数优化设计。其特点是结合了地应力剖面资料进行裂缝高度预测,设计中可以充分考虑施工净压力的控制,提高压裂成功率。累计施工66口井163层,平均砂比达27.1%,加砂强度达2.2m3/m,压裂液效率达47.5%,压裂施工成功率达97% 关键词:凝灰岩;压裂液;岩石稳定性;滤失性esearch on strongly water sensitive Xing-an-ling layers fracturing technology Xie Chaoyang Zhang Hao Tang Pengfei Han Song (PRODUCTION ENGINEERING RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF DAQING OILFIELD CO..LTD,DAQING HEILONGJIANG 163453) Abstract: In recent years , with the deepening exploration of Hai-la-er basin, it is found that Xing-an-ling layer contains tuff in various degree. Strongly water sensitive rock that contains tuff has strong water absorbing capability, it will swell, disperse, and migrate when it contacts water. In this case, conventional water-base fracturing fluid can’t meet the need of formation reconstruction and influences well stimulation results seriously. So research on strongly water sensitive Xing-an-ling layers fracturing technology was conducted and o/w emulsion fracturing fluid was developed, which has good compatibility with formation, low leak-off, low matrix damage, and good shear stability, temperature stability and relatively better proppant carrying ability. After field operation, fracturing fluid breaks completely at formation temperature and can flow back easily, which decreases injury to pay zone. This fracturing fluid can be applied to layers of 40℃-90℃. According to formation geology, well logging analysis, features of emulsion fracturing fluid and operation data of neighboring wells, optimization design was performed with the aid of Fracpro PT software.
