开关磁阻电机参数测试系统设计
摘要
开关磁阻电机驱动系统(SRD)是一种新型的交流驱动系统,以结构简单,坚固耐用,转子惯量低,成本低廉,控制方法灵活,可获得各种所需的机械特性,在宽广的调速范围内均具有较高的效率而备受瞩目,在电力传动领域有广阔的发展前景。但开关磁阻电机(SRM)的双凸极结构和磁路的高度饱和使得磁链是转子位置和电流的非线性函数,建立精确的磁链模型较为困难,因此,磁链特性的检测和开关磁阻电机的精确建模得到了广泛的研究。
随着 SRD 系统的开发深入,基于单片机的SRD系统日益显现其局限性,基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的SRD系统解决了这一难题。本文基于DSP芯片TMS320F2812建立了SRM磁链检测系统,利用ADC模块实时采集不同转子位置的电压、电流信号,将数据传送到上位机,根据间接磁链测量原理,由数字离散方法计算磁链值,得到 SRM 磁链特性曲线,建立了SRM的磁链-转子位置-电流模型。实验结果表明,该磁链检测系统能够准确检测磁链电流特性,并为神经模糊网络映射转子位置和磁链、电流的非线性关系提供精确的训练样本。

Abstract
Switched Reluctance Driving (SRD) system is a new type of AC driving system which has such characteristics as simple and robust structure, reliability, low rotorinertia, low cost and control flexibility. Also, it can get various mechanical characteristics and has a high efficiency in a wide speed range. Therefore, SRD has board prospects in the field of power transmission. Because of the double salient structure of the machine and high saturation of magnetic circuit, the flux linkage is a nonlinear function of both rotor position angle and phase current, which brings difficulties in accurate modeling of the machine. With the development of the SRD system, computers and microprocessors which were used for the control system can’t provide a high frequency operation environment for the machine. Performances of digital signal processors (DSPs) make it operate in high frequency. The paper presents a magnetic characteristic detection system with DSP TMS320F2812. Real-time phase voltage and current signals are acquired using ADC module. . Then, the curves of flux-current are protracted. Experimental results show that the magnetic characteristic detection system with DSP can draw flux-current characteristic curves accurately. It supplies training data for rotor position estimation from flux linkage and current.
