T he obtained optimal combination of nutrients is 0. 3% (NH4 ) 2 HPO4 , 0. 1% H2NCONH2 , 0. 5% Na2HPO4 , 0. 5% KH2PO4 , 0. 025% Lcysteine hydrochloride monohydrate, 0. 9% tryptone, and 0. 1% NaH2PO4 . The results show that the butanol yield in this optimized fermentation reaches 110536g/ L, which increased about 2358% compared to that obtained from the original strain. T his method has the potential to improve the multichannel utilization of sugarcane molasses.
