372 中国循环杂志 2016 年 4 月 第 31 卷 第 4 期（总第 214 期）Chinese Circulation Journal，April，2016，Vol. 31 No.4（Serial No.214） 临床研究 β2 肾上腺素能受体基因 Arg16Gly 和 Gln27Glu 多态性与高海拔地区 藏族人群原发性高血压的相关性研究 李星辉，乔燕，马玉安，齐文华，李彩霞，李宝鹃 摘要 目的 : 检测高海拔地区藏族人群 β2 肾上腺素能受体（β2-AR）基因 Argl6Gly 和 Gln27Glu 多态性，并研究其与 原发性高血压的相关性。 方法：选择原发性高血压患者（原发性高血压组 ）385 例及正常对照（对照组 ）297 例为研究对象，通过 SNaPshot 微测序技术测定其基因型和等位基因，对在两组人群中的频率分布进行对比。 结果 : β2-AR 基因 Argl6Gly 和 Gln27Glu 多态性的基因型和等位基因频率原发性高血压组和对照组间比较差异 无统计学意义（P 0.05），进一步进行不同性别人群间的对比分析，差异亦无统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论：未观察到 β2-AR 基因 Argl6Gly 和 Gln27Glu 多态性与高海拔地区藏族人群原发性高血压的相关性。 关键词 受体 , 肾上腺素能 β2 ；基因；高血压；藏族 Relationship Between β2-Adrenergic Receptor Gln27Glu Gene Polymorphism and Essential Hypertension Occurrence in Tibetan Population Living at High Altitude Area LI Xing-hui, QIAO Yan, MA Yu-an, QI Wen-hua, LI Cai-xia, LI Bao-juan. Methods: Our research included in 2 groups: EH group, n=385 patients and Control group, n =297 normal healthy subjects. β2-AR polymorphisms of Arg16Gly and Gln27Glu were detected by Snapshot mini-sequencing technique and their frequencies were compared between 2 groups and male, female genders. Results: The genotype and allele frequency distributions of Arg16Gly and Gln27G1u were similar between 2 groups, P0.05; there were no significant differences between male and female genders, P0.05. Conclusion: No obvious relationship was found between β2-AR gene polymorphism (Arg16Gly, Gln27Glu) and EH
