We also inspect the situations where h-BN substrate was used. PN junctions are very importing in electronic and optoelectronic devices, and the study of graphene PN junctions will put forward the development of graphene electronics, a very promising technology in the post-Silicon era. Introduction Graphene, a monolayer material consists of carbon atoms tightly packed into honeycomb lattices, has been the focus of many heated researches since its first discovery in 2004 by A.K.Geim and K.S.Novoselov[1].
