抗核糖体p抗体的临床分析（Clinical analysis of anti ribosomal P antibodies） Clinical analysis of anti ribosomal P antibodies 2011-09-13 Zhang Xiaoping Zhang Fengchun Gan Xiaodan Shi Yanping Deng Xuexin Zhang Xuan Anti ribosomal P (rRNP) antibody is a cytoplasmic antibody. Literature [1-3] shows that anti rRNP antibodies are closely related to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) mental impairment, but few studies have been done in China and have not yet received enough clinical attention. For this reason, 60 cases of anti rRNP antibody positive patients were analyzed between 1997 and 1998. 1 data and methods 1.1 general data: 60 cases of anti rRNP antibody positive patients, 4 males and 56 females, aged 12~64 years, mean (32 + 10) years old. 1.2 anti rRNP antibody detection method and positive standard: the rabbit thymus extract as antigen by immunoblotting (WB) 4, 38000, 16500, 15000 and three bands for the judgment of positive anti rRNP antibody as; Hep-2 cells were used as antigen by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) 5, cytoplasm yellow green fluorescence judgment for cytoplasmic antibody (ACYA) positive. 1.3 analysis: Anti rRNP antibody positive disease composition; two kinds of detection methods; result comparison; SLE patients anti rRNP antibody and clinical relevance. 1.4 statistical analysis: Chi square 2 test was used. 2 Result 2.1 anti rRNP positive disease: 60 cases with positive anti rRNP antibody in patients with SLE 55 cases, accounting for 91.7%; systemic sclerosis in 3 cases, accounting for 5%; mixed connective tissue disease and polymyositis in 1 cases, accounting for 1.7%. Comparison of the test results of 2.2 WB and IIF two kinds of methods: 60 cases of IIF positive serum anti rRNP antibodies by WB ACYA positive in only 33 cases (55%); 38 cases were ACYA positive in serum, anti rRNP antibody was positive in 33 cases (86.5%), the remaining 5 cases in 4 cases of positive anti SSA. 2.3 association between anti rRNP antibodies and clinical manifestations of SLE pati
