Abstract: interaction and equality between teachers and students run through childrens daily life. With the continuous development and progress of society, education, educational ideas and teaching methods continuously improved and perfected, and as a teacher, his identity will be changed only when teachers put down the identity and child education and management is conducive to teaching activities and exchange to equal dialogue, is conducive to the child character and moral cultivation.

Since preschool teachers are much richer in knowledge and social experience than students, the teacher is in a dominant position in practical teaching activities.
