Capacitance of dielectric material for NPO, X7R and Y5V:

3, Y5V is two kinds of ceramic dielectric, with high dielectric coefficient, commonly used in the production of small volume, large capacity capacitor, its capacity with temperature change more obvious, but the cost is relatively low, is still widely used for capacity loss does not require high coupling, filtering and bypass circuit field.
The 4 and Z5U capacitors are called universal monolithic ceramic capacitors.
