Abstract: in this paper, based on the related theory of the tourism experience in Xiangxi, Phoenix tourism scenic area as an example, discusses the transfer of operating rights of tourism resources, decentralized management and conflict and reason between the tourism experience, and puts forward relevant strategies to solve this contradiction.
