The results showed that the dissolved oxygen is an important factor affecting the phosphorus and nitrogen release from sediments, and anaerobic conditions can accelerate nitrogen and phosphorus release from sediments. The aeration under normal conditions can effectively control the phosphorus release from the sediment; high pH aeration conditions beyond the control of sediment phosphorus release value, stirring produces a slight effect on sediment phosphorus release of sediment phosphorus absorption phenomenon will happen total phosphorus concentration in the overlying water at high temperature and have little effect. The aeration under normal conditions can control the relatively closed water sediment release of ammonia nitrogen; effects of aeration conditions on sediment temperature, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen release is larger, the higher the temperature is, the better effect of inhibiting the release of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, and low temperature will lead to a large number of sediment release of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen; aeration agitation to release more ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.
