[Abstract] at this stage, the problem of brain drain in Chinas private high-tech enterprises is serious. In private enterprises, the working hours of middle and top management and scientific and technical personnel are relatively shortened. Brain drain has become a major obstacle to the growth of private high-tech enterprises. This article tries to discuss the reasons for the brain drain of private high-tech enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures in the aspects of system, management and culture.

In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, Chinas economic achievements are closely related to the development of private enterprises. Their emergence has injected vigor and vitality into Chinas high-tech enterprises and played an important role in promoting Chinas national economic growth and developing its regional economy.
