Second the provisions shall apply to the province city (including County, towns) within the planning area of urban construction supervision work. The third mentioned in these Provisions refers to the construction supervision, in accordance with the relevant regulations on city planning, municipal engineering, public utilities, amenities, environmental sanitation, city greening, city landscape, scenic area, residential construction, real estate, construction market and engineering quality supervision, inspection and management, and the implementation of administrative punishment in accordance with the law. Fourth provincial construction administrative departments responsible for the provinces urban construction supervision.
