Methods: 158 cases of patients in compulsory detoxification, withdrawal after 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 10 days, January, March for withdrawal symptom rating. Results: the acute withdrawal symptoms in the frequency of occurrence of anxiety, craving, insomnia, fatigue, loss of appetite, pain, sweat, tears, runny nose, yawning and other symptoms was high, and the recovery period after acute withdrawal by craving, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, sexual dysfunction and depression as the main performance. Main causes of patients relapse were craving, returning to the drugs social circle, sleep disorders, body discomfort, anxiety, bad mood, empty boring protracted symptoms, and stress from family and society. Conclusion: Patients with different symptoms of withdrawal period in different causes of heroin relapse varied, suggesting that in different withdrawal period, method of treatment and prevention of relapse should be different, should strengthen the control of human intervention factors, reduce the relapse rate.
