绍兴气候公报 SHAOXING CLIMATE BULLETIN 1. 基本气候概况 General Climate Summary of 2010 2. 十大气候事件 Ten Major Climate Events 3. 气候影响评价 Climate Impact Assessment 一、基本气候概况 综述 绍兴市 20 10 年度总的气候特点是：全市平均气温较常年偏高，总雨量比常年偏多，雨 日和日照时数与常年基本持平。冬季（1-2 月）平均气温比常年同期明显偏高，雨量显著偏 多，雨日和日照时数接近常年；春季（3-5 月），平均气温、雨日和日照时数均与常年基本 持平，雨量明显偏多；夏季（6-8 月）平均气温略偏高，雨量偏少，雨日和日照时数接近常 年；秋季（9-11 月）平均气温偏高，雨量、雨日和日照时数接近常年；12 月份，平均气温 偏高，雨量和日照时数偏多，雨日略偏少。 年内主要气象灾害有连阴雨、强对流（强雷暴、冰雹、短时暴雨等）、大雾、高温、寒 潮、雨雪冰冻、灰霾等。 ABSTRACT The general climate feature around Shaoxing in 2010 is as follows: the annual average temperature was higher than normal, the total precipitation were more than normal, while rainy days and the sunshiny hours were close to normal. In winter, the average temperature and precipitation of January February were all obviously more than normal, but rainy days and sunshiny hours close to normal. Temperature, rainy days and sunshiny hours of this spring were close to normal, while precipitation were obviously more than normal. In summer, the average temperature were a bit higher than normal, but precipitation were less than normal while rainy days and sunshiny hours close to normal. In Autumn, the city has experienced higher temperature, but precipitation ,rainy days and sunshiny hours were close to normal. December saw temperature, precipitation and sunshiny hours above normal, but rainy days below normal.
