东莞市家族企业文化建设存在的问题及对策 摘 要 家族企业文化是家族文化与企业文化相融合的产物，但家族企业文化并非简单的被包含于企业文化中。家族企业文化，是在核心家族成员所拥有的价值观的指导下，在企业长期的生产经营实践活动中所形成的，被全体员工共同遵守的，具有浓厚的“家文化”色彩的价值观念、道德规范、行为准则及风俗习惯的总和。家族企业文化是家族企业的精神支柱，是家族企业的灵魂，它引领着家族企业的发展方向。家族企业文化具有良好的导向功能，凝聚功能，约束功能和激励功能。只有充分发挥家族企业文化这些功能，才能保障家族企业的可持续发展。家族企业文化能够降低家族企业运行成本，提高家族企业绩效，并有利于家族企业核心竞争力的培育，是家族企业可持续发展的内在动力。 归根到底，家族企业文化是影响家族企业可持续发展的深层次原因。我们只有明确认识到家族企业文化在解决家族企业问题、实现家族企业可持续发展过程中的作用，了解家族企业文化建设中存在的主要问题及影响因素，探讨家族企业文化建设遵循的原则、对策及途径，才能更好的建设家族企业文化，从而实现家族企业的可持续发展。 因此，本文着重对家族企业文化建设过程中存在的问题进行研究，并提出相关文化建设的对策，目的是促进家族企业的可持续发展。 关 键 词：家族企业，企业文化，东莞家族企业文化，可持续发展 Dong Guan city family enterprise culture construction problems and countermeasures ABSTRACT Family enterprise culture is the family culture and enterprise culture, but the family enterprise culture is not simple contained in enterprise culture.
