GEOS-Chem - GEOS-Chem - (2°×2.5°, 4°×5°)( )CO HIPPO (The HIAPER PoletoPole Observations Campaign) 45°N-30°S 20-30 ppb45°N 10 ppb 50 ppb HIPPO 10 ppb -20 ppb 50 ppb100m CO GEOS-ChemHIPPO ‐1 ‐ Verification of Two-way nested global chemistry-transport model GEOS-Chem   Yingying Yan, Jintai Lin, Ye Kuang, Dongwei Yang    Abstract  Run GEOS-Chem two-way nested global chemistry-transport model (global model with a horizontal resolution of 2°×2.5 °coupled with the regional models in Asia, North America, Europe with horizontal resolution of 0.5°×0.667°), 2°×2.5 °global model and the regional model one-way simulation, at the same time, in order to exclude the factors of emission difference between regional model and global model, increase global model emissions by 10% for simulation, the running time is consistent with five Hippo plan (January 2009,November 2009; March 2010; June to September 2011), compared the simulation results of the two-way coupling process with one-way simulation results indicates that: two-way coupling process in the global model south of 45°N is mainly positive difference, its impact has been extended to the 30°S; north of 45°N is negative difference due to the Siberian anticyclone; the differences
