(大鼠心肌缺血再灌注两种不同TTC染色方法的比较 李粮辉1,陈文华1,郑宏2 (1.福建医科大学附属协和医院麻醉科,福州,350001;2.南京军区福州总医院麻醉科,福州,350025) 【摘要】目的:比较应用不同2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色方对面积的检测果,随后计算心肌梗死面积A组和B组均能较好地标记梗死心肌;A组和B组心肌梗死面积百分比无统计学差异(48.69±5.37 % VS 47.41±3.28%,P0.05);A组和B组血清cTnI浓度水平无统计学差异(4.51±0.88ng/ml VS 4.70±0.71ng/ml,P0.05);但B组心肌切片染色色泽对比度及心肌非梗死区与梗死区区分度均高于A组。结论:改进后的心肌TTC染色法采用在体染色,不仅操作简便,节省了实验时间和经费,而且提高了染色效果,能更准确地反映心肌缺血再灌注损伤的程度。因此改进后的心肌TTC染色法是一种经济、简便、快捷、高效的染色方法。 【关键词】缺血再灌注;心肌梗死面积;2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑;染色 A Comparison of Two Different TTC Staining Methods for Ischemia- reperfusion Myocardium in Rats LI Liang-hui1 ,CHEN Wen-hua1, ZHENG Hong2 (1. Department of Anesthesiology,Fujian medicine university affiliated xiehe hospital ,Fuzhou 350001, China;Department of Anesthesiology,Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military command,Fuzhou 350025,China) 【Abstract】Objective To compare the different TTC staining methods of measuring myocardial infarct size after ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods 20 Rats were randomly divided into two groups including group A with traditional TTC dyeing method and group B with the modified TTC dyeing method for ischemia-reperfusion myocardium ,then infract size was caculated and the levels of their serum cTnI were determined. Results Both group A and group B detected the infarcted myocardium well;there were no significant difference in the myocardial infarct size between group A and group B(48.69±5.37 % VS 47.41±3.28%,P0.05); there were no significant difference in the levels of serum cTnI between group A and group B(4.51±0.88ng/ml VS 4.70±0.71ng/ml,P0.05);but compare with A ,the colour contrast of dyed myocardial slice and the differentiation of infarction area and non-infarction area were much clearer in group B.
