国内外潮流能利用技术现状与发展∗ 1 2 2 赵龙武 ，王树杰 ，李冬 （1 水利部杭州机械设计研究所，浙江杭州 310012 ； 2 中国海洋大学 工程学院，山东青岛 266100 ） 摘要：潮流能是一种清洁无污染、蕴藏量丰富的可再生新能源，随着化石能源不断枯竭和环保要求的不断提高， 世界各国对潮流能的开发利用愈加重视，各种潮流能发电技术得到了不断突破，其中英国等欧美国家已进入商 业化运作前期。本文介绍了国内外潮流能开发利用的必威体育精装版进展，以及已建、在建和计划筹建的工程项目情况； 对各种水轮机的实验性能、实际应用情况进行了阐述，总结了各种水轮机电站的工作流速、额定功率、固定方 式等情况，对各项技术的特点及应用前景进行了对比研究；通过对国内外潮流能利用技术的分析，总结了潮流 能发电技术的发展趋势，针对我国潮流能开发利用现状提出了建议。 关键词：潮流能；潮流能电站；水轮机 The Status and Trends of Marine Current Energy Conversion in the World 1 2 2 Zhao Long-wu , Wang Shu-jie , Li-Dong ( 1 The Ministry of Water resources Hangzhou Mechanical Research Institutes; 2 Ocean University of China) Abstract: Ocean current energy is one of clean non-polluting and abundant reserves renewable energy. As energy and climate change are currently two of the most important issues facing society, many governments around the world are making efforts to exploit the new energy resource. The technology of ocean current generation has got significant development, and the United Kingdom and other countries have entered pre-commercial demonstration stage. In this paper the state of exploiting ocean current energy, projects and planning projects were introduced and analyzed. The experimental turbine performance, actual application of turbine power stations were summarized, and rate flow, rate power, mooring system were also introduced. Based on the technical and application comparative study, got the developing trend of power generation, some suggests are given to the ocean current energy development and utilization in China.
