ROP ( Rho- related GT Pase rom plant ) is a member o Rho sub- amily. It is only speci ically exists in plant and controls many plant physical processes such as cell growt h and development and t he est ablishment o plant de ense syst em. ROP has t wo kinds o orm in plant cell. T he activate orm is GT P binding orm, GDP binding orm is t he inactivate orm.
