循证护理在偏瘫患者人工髋关节置换护理中的应用效果研究 [摘要]目的 探析人工髋关节置换护理中，循证护理的应用效果。 方法 对40例人工髋关节置换的偏瘫患者男 25例，女15例，平均年龄（76.1±3.9）岁；平均瘫痪时间（6.4±2.1）年；按照随机数字法分均为观察组、对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予循证护理。结果（1）术后患Harris评分呈逐渐增高趋势，观察组术后1月、术后2月、术后4月、术后6月末Harris评分分别为（54.9±2.4）分、（63.1±4.3）分、（75.2±3.2）分、（84.6±3.3）分，显著高于对照组。（2）观察组患者术后并发深静脉血栓0（0%）、肺部并发症1（5%）、术后切口感染1（5%）、脱位0（0%）、压疮2（10%）显著低于对照组。结论 循证护理不仅能帮助患者提高患者术后髋关节功能恢复，能有效降低偏瘫患者术后并发症发病率，较常规护理有显著优势，值得临床推广 [关键词] 循证护理；偏瘫；人工髋关节置换；护理；效果分析 Evidence-based nursing in patients with hemiplegia application effect of artificial hip replacement nursing research [abstract] objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in artificial hip replacement and application.Methods 40 cases of artificial hip replacement patients with hemiplegia ,male 25 cases, 15 cases were female, average age (76.1 ?3.9);The mean duration of paralysis (6.4?6.4) years; According to the method of random Numbers,they were divided into observation group and control group. Control group with routine nursing care, observation group in the control group on the basis of evidence-based nursing. Results (1)Postoperative Harris score showed a trend of gradually increased in both groups.1 month, 2 months,4 months,6 months after operation, , the observation group postoperative postoperative Harris score respectively were (54.9?2.4), (63.1?4.3),(75.2?3.2),(84.6?3.3), significantly higher than the control group. (2)The observation group of patients caused by deep vein thrombosis 0(0%), and pulmonary complications 1(5%), postoperative infection of incision1(5%), dislocation0(0%), pressure sores 2(10%) was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing not only can help patients improve the recovery of hip function in patients, but also can effectively reduce the incidence of complications postoperatively in patients with hemiplegia, it has significant advantages than routine nursing, worth clinical promotion.
