钦 州 学 院 本科毕业论文（设计） 高效液相色谱法检测虾肉中 硝基呋喃类药物残留 院 系 海洋学院 专 业 食品科学与工程(食品科学方向) 学 生 班 级 食品本081 姓 名 潘珍凤 学 号 0811402124 指导教师单位 钦州学院 指导教师姓名 蔡秋杏 指导教师职称 讲师 2012年4月 硝基呋喃类药物残留 食品科学与工程2008级 潘珍凤 指导教师 蔡秋杏 摘要 本研究采用高效液相色谱法测定虾肉中4种硝基呋喃类药物代谢物SEM、AHD、AOZ、AMOZ。样品加入三氯乙酸-甲醇和邻氯苯甲醛在40℃水浴条件下振荡提取同时进行衍生化12h，然后离心，将提取液pH值调节至7.0左右，用2倍体积乙酸乙酯萃取衍生物，氮气吹干溶剂后再用1 mL50%乙腈水溶液溶解残渣，高效液相色谱法检测，外标法定量。本方法简化了操作步骤，稳定性好，添加量在0.2～20nmol范围时，4种硝基呋喃类代谢物回收率在77.8%～98.8%之间，相对标准偏差小于15%。SEM、AHD、AOZ、AMOZ的检测限分别为0.93ng/g、1.40ng/g、0.84ng/g、1.90ng/g。 硝基呋喃类药物；高效液相色谱法；残留 High performance liquid chromatographic method for detection of nitrofurans drugs residue in the shrimps Food Science and Engineering 2008 Pan Zhenfeng Instructor Cai Qiuxing Abstract In this study, the HPLC method was used for the determination of four nitro furan drugs metabolites SEM, AHD, AOZ, AMOZ in the shrimps. The different samples with acetic acid-methanol and adjacent chlorobenzene formaldehyde were bathed in 40℃water conditions at the same time the oscillation extraction for 12h,then centrifuged, adjusted the pH 7.0, with 2 times the volume of ethyl acetate extracted derivatives, and then with 1 mL50% acetonitrile solution dissolved the residue after nitrogen blowed solvent dry, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the determination, external standard method was used for quotation. The method simplified the procedures, had good stability, with the addition amount in 0.2~20nmol range, four nitro furan kinds of metabolites recovery range were between 77.8% and 98.8%, the relative standard deviation were less than 15%. The limit of detections for SEM, AHD, AOZ, AMOZ were 0.93ng/g and 1.40ng/g and 0.84ng/g and 1.90ng/g.
