DOI :10.16409/j.cnki.2095 -039x.2011.02.002 27(2)145-151         Chinese Journal of Biological Control           2011 5 木霉菌生物防治作用机理与应用研究进展 陈捷, 朱洁伟, 张婷, 王秉丽 (, 200240) 摘要:木霉菌Trichoderma 是国际上应用非常普遍的生防真菌。随着植物免疫的MAMPs(微生物互作分子模 式)理 的发展,利用木霉菌防治病害和提高作物抗逆性机理研究进入了一个新阶段, 尤其是系统生物学方 法的应用,使得人们在“组学”尺度上认识木霉菌与植物和病原菌互作的本质成为可能,这将极大丰富木霉菌 生物防治植物病害的理 基础。在我国建立木霉菌多样化应用技术途径是发挥木霉菌在农业可持续发展中 作用的重要发展方向。本文重点介绍木霉菌生物防治分子机理研究的新进展。 关 键 词:木霉菌;生物防治;植物病害;微生物互作分子模式 中图分类号:S482.292;S476  文献标识 :A   文章编号:1005-9261(2011)02-0145-07 Progress on Mechanism and Applications of Trichoderma as a Biocontrol Microbe C EN Jie, Z U Jie-wei, Z ANG Ting, WANG Bing-li (School of Agriculture and Biology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240, China) Abstract :Trichoderma is widely used as a biocontrol microbe against plant diseases in theworld, which is mainly ap- pliedfor controlling avariety of soilborneplant diseases and some plant aboveground diseases.With theadvent of MAMPs (microbe-associated molecular patterns)theory,the study on mechanism of plant disease control and improved plant resis- tance to stress factors with Trichoderma as a biocontrol agent has come into a new stage, especially as the development of technologies based on systems biology, it has becomepossible tounderstand thenatureof interaction of plant-Trichoderma - pathogen from point of “omics”view, which thereforewould intensively enrich the theory basis of Trichoderma as biocontrol agent.Meanwhile, adiversified technical system for applying Trichoderma products developed in national agricultural in- dustrywould providegreat promotion to sustainable development of agriculture in the future.This review will focus on new research progress on biocontrol mechanismwith Trichoderma against plant diseases at molecular level.
