中国宏观经济现实问题的定量研究: 中国经常项目与资本项目的波动及作用机理探析 刘渝琳 曹勤( （重庆大学贸易与行政学院，重庆，400044） 【摘要】：本文基于中国多年来的“双顺差”特殊经济现象，分析我国际收支经常项目与资本项目的波动关系，建立经常项目的波动影响因素模型；借助数理模型推导出经常项目顺差持续的周期，以及实现均衡的条件。不同资本流动状态下，经常项目与资本项目波动具有复杂性，国际收支变化具有不同福利效应。得出结论：当前经济全球化大背景下我国的双顺差不可避免，只有均衡FDI的流入规模，才能改善国际收支现状，实现国内均衡与国际收支均衡需要利用强有力的外资流入政策。 关键词 经常项目 资本项目 一般均衡分析 The undulation and action mechanism search analyzing ----between China’s Current Account and the Capital Account Liu Yu-lin,Cao Qin (Chongqing University Trade and Administration College, Chongqing, 400044) Abstracts: The paper based on the double favorable balance in China as the special economic phenomena for many years, has analyzed China’s balance of international payment between Current Account and the Capital Account undulation relations, establishing Current Account undulation influence factor model; Infers the cycle with the aid of the Econometric model which give the favorable balance of current account continues, as well as realization balanced condition. Under the different circulation of capital fluent condition, Current Account and the capital Account undulation has the complexity; the international payment balance change has the different welfare effect. Draws the conclusion: Under current economical globalization big background our country double favorable balance inevitable, only has balanced FDI the inflow scale, can improve the international payment balance present situation, realization domestic equilibrium and the international payment balance is balanced needs to use the powerful capital inflow policy.
