根据对XXXX写字楼物业管理项目综合情况考察,在XX市注册北京XX物业管理有限责任公司XX分公司,拟配置管理层5人:其中项目经理1人,安全、保洁管理1人,房屋、电气管理1人,财务管理兼文员1人,客户和会务、给排水管理兼出纳1人;客服及会务服务22人;秩序维持102人;保洁60人;设备维护26人。共215人(操作人员待前期介入后,根据实际情况合理配置)。
