摘 要 本次毕业设计课题为家用电饼铛造型设计，工业现代化对于生产中物体重量数据的获取也提出了更高的要求，吊秤是其中一种重要的解决途径。就目前家用电饼铛造型设计来说，外观造型设计粗糙，材料较为低廉，加工工艺也很简单，并不能满足现代家庭尤其是中青年家庭对家用电饼铛的高要求。本课题从造型设计出发，提升家用电饼铛的档次和品质，优化家用电饼铛在使用中的人机问题，为企业设计出有竞争力的家用电饼铛产品。 本文对市场上现有的各类家用电饼铛进行深入分析和总结，通过草图的方式构思多种方案，综合考虑方案可行性，确定最终方案，运用计算机辅助设计的方法，进行三维建模、结构设计、效果图表现和模型制作等设计工作，以验证本设计的科学性和合理性。最后针对选定方案，进行材料与工艺分析、人机工程分析、价值工程分析等，进行方案的进一步完善。 关键词：电饼铛 造型设计 厨房电器 家用Modeling Design of Household Electric Baking Pan Abstract The graduation project for the home electric baking pan design, industrial modernization weight of the object for production data acquisition also put forward higher requirements, crane is one important solution. Starting from the design of the project to improve household electric baking pan grade and quality, optimize household electric baking pan in the use of man-machine problems for enterprises to design a competitive household electric baking pan products. This paper types available on the market for household electric baking pan depth analysis and summary way of thinking through a variety of programs sketches, considering the feasibility plan to determine the final plan, the use of computer-aided design method for three-dimensional modeling , structural design, model making and map the performance and other design work to validate the design of scientific rationality. Finally for the selected program, for materials and process analysis, ergonomics analysis, value engineering analysis, carried out to further improve the program.
