变速箱钻-扩-绞工位组合机床设计 [摘要]组合机床是以通用部件为基础组成的半自动或自动专用机床,它一般采用多轴,多刀,多工序,多面或多工位同时加工的方式,生产效率比通用机床高几倍至几十倍。由于采用通用标准部件,可根据需要灵活配置,缩短了设计和制造周期。本课题针对汽车变速箱箱体两侧面上孔系的钻-扩-绞这一特定工序而设计的一台专用卧式组合机床。 本次毕业设计中主要对组合机床的整体结构以及多轴箱箱内齿轮传动系统的布置进行了设计运算。在设计中根据零件箱体两侧同时被加工的特点,采取了双面加工的布置方式;又由于钻-扩-绞复合加工的工艺要求采取多工位复合式机床。主轴箱的运算主要是依据被加工孔的工艺要求选取合适的切削用量,在充分数据计算的基础上对标准通用零件做了选择,绘制了三图一卡,并依据被加工孔系结构较紧密的特点,灵活地布置传动轴的位置,最后结合生产率的要求等设计了结构合理的多轴箱。 [关键词] 组合机床;多轴箱;三图一卡;钻-扩-绞 The Design of Combined Machine Tool of Drill - Expansion – Twisted Station Of Gearbox ee (ee) Tutor:ees Abstract:Combined machine tool is a semi-automatic or automatic special machine based on general parts. It usually adopts the multiaxial, knife, processes, and multi-faceted or multistage and processing, its production efficiency is higher several times or more than general machine. As a result of using the universal standard components and the flexible configuration according to our need, the cycle of design and manufacture is shorten. Therefore, this paper designs a dedicated horizontal combination machine tool for the particular process of the drill-expansion-twisted of both sides of the holes of the gearbox . The graduation project has a design operator for the overall structure of the machine tool and multi-axle box inside the layout of the gear transmission system. The layout of the double-sided processing is taken according to the characteristics of the parts box on both sides to be machined at the same time in the design. The multi-station composite machine is chosen according to the requirement of drilling-expansion-twisted composite processing technology. the headstock computing is done by selecting the appropriate cutting parameters according to the technology requirement of the holes needed to be machined, then the three-one card is completed. we make a chioce for the standard parts on the basis of sufficient data calculated, and arrange the location of the drive shaft flexibly according to the more compact features of the structure of hole
