摘 要 本设计为2.40Mt/a新井设计。井田地质构造，煤层°，最小倾角8°，平均倾角1°，煤种以为主。井田内共有3层可采煤层，总11.8m，井田面积km2，可采储量Mt，矿井设计服务年限a。 采用、多水平、大巷、上山式开拓方式主井采用提升副井采用提升主运输采用架线电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车。一水平个采区，设计采区布置三条上山，生产能力2.40Mt/a。设计工作面采用走向长壁后退式综合机械化采煤工艺，“四·六”工作制采空区处理方法为全部垮落法 东荣一矿采用两翼对角式通风方式。  Abstract The mine design is made for the first Coal Mine of Dongrong Shuangyashan Coal Group that mine production capacity is 2.4 Mt/a. Geological structure of the first Coal Mine of Dongrong Shuangyashan Coal Mine is simple, The maximum rake angle in coal seam is 21 degree ,the minimum is 8 degree and the average rake angle is 17 degree. The coal is 1/3 coking coal. There are three commercial beds in the mine field, the maximum thickness of coal seam is 4.1m , the minimum is 2.5m and the total thickness of coal seam are 11.8m, mine field area are 12.8 km2.The Recoverable reserves?are 151.56Mt, the mine expected service life is 63.2a. The first Coal Mine of Dongrong Shuangyashan Coal Mine adopt double inclined draft, multi level,grouped gathering main roadway and rise development. Main shaft uses steeply inclined belt conveyor hoisting, auxiliary shaft adopts cage double four car pregrouting. Main haulage uses 14t’s ectric trolley locomotive draws 3t bottom-dump, auxiliary haulage adopts 10t’s ectric trolley locomotive draws 3t fixed mine wagon. The first main level have four mining districts, design district layouts three coal rises. The mining district production capacity is 2.4Mt/a. Design face adopts strike longwall retreating full-mechanized coal mining technology, “six-four”character of service waste treats method as the complete caving method. The first Coal Mine of Dongrong Shuangyashan Coal Mine adopts wings diagonal ventilation.
