江北中学体育教学现状分析及对策研究

摘 要:本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等研究方法对安康市汉滨区江北中学体育教学现状进行调查,得出以下结论:学生体育学习态度端正、兴趣较为浓厚;体育课开课率及体育教学工作规范化程度不太高;体育课程标准的实施力度不够,理论课教学自由度和随意性较大;体育师资来源比较复杂,专职教师数量相对不足,女教师配备比例偏低,教师的教龄及职称结构不尽合理,总体科研能力低下;学校领导重视程度不够,体育经费不足,场地器材设施缺乏,体育课程实际地位低下;体育教学管理体制不够完善;体育教师工作量过大,是影响体育教学质量的主要因素。针对现存问题,提出相应的改善对策,为提高中学体
