小型中央空调设计 　　摘 要：本设计为别墅中央空调系统，目的是设计一个合理的中央空调系统，为居民提供恒温、恒湿的舒适环境。设计内容包括：制冷系统、冷冻水系统、冷却水系统、新风系统，制冷所需的设备选型、电控系统及其它辅助元器件的选用等内容。本设计采用：（1）相序继电器控制电路，防止在意外缺相和错相情况下使用机组。（2）断路器控制当电路中发生短路、过载和失压等故障时，能自动切断故障电路，保护线路和设备。（3）温度控制器控制室内温度，待降到设置温度时，断开室内风机盘管，待温度上升到设置温度时，重新开启风机盘管。（4）电磁阀控制冷冻水回路，节省冷量，减少损失。（5）顺序起动接法，防止压缩机在缺水，高压等情况下运作，提高压缩机使用寿命。（6）依据有关规范，考虑节能和舒适性要求，设计了风机盘管加新风系统。 　　关键词：半集中式中央空调；制冷系统；水冷式系统；电控系统 　　中图分类号：TU831.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1671-2064（2017）02-0050-05 　　Abstract：This design is a central air-conditioning system for villas. The purpose is to provide a reasonable central air-conditioning system for the residents so that they can live in a comfortable environment with constant temperature and constant humidity.The design includes： refrigeration system， chilled water system， cooling water system， fresh air system， refrigeration equipment selection， electronic control system and other auxiliary components selection， etc.This design uses：（1） Phase sequence relay control circuit， which prevents the operation of the unit in the case of missing phase and phase error.（2）Circuit breaker control which can automatically cut off the fault circuit to protect circuit and equipment when the circuit is short circuited， overloaded or lost voltage.（3） Temperature controller to control the indoor temperature. When the temperature drops to the set temperature， it will disconnect the indoor fan coil. When the temperature rises to the set temperature， it will re-open the fan coil.（4）Solenoid valve to control the freezing water loop， which can save the amount of cold and reduce loss. （5）Sequential starting method， which can prevent the compressor from operating in the case of water shortage and under high pressure. This can improve the service life of the compressor.（6） The fan coil unit plus fresh air system. It was designed according to the relevant rules and specifications as well as the requirements of energy saving and comfort. 　　Key words： semi-central air conditioning system；refrigeration system；w
