Cultural diversity has made contributions to the development of sports teams, but also brought a lot of problems. Starting at analyzing cultural diversity and multi-cultural heterogeneity, the authors dissected the advantages and disadvantages of sports teams with multiple cultures, and concluded that sports teams with multiple cultures can more effectively expand oversea markets and enhance the creativity of team members as well as the innovative capacity, flexibility and adaptability of sports teams, but they have such problems as communication obstruction and interpersonal confliction.
