南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 医古文 classical Chinese for traditional Chinese medicine 供中药、中西医结合本科等专业用 执笔人：殷平善 审定人：殷平善 学院负责人：吕志平 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月 课程编号：B020027 一、《医古文》简介 《医古文》是中医、中药专业的基础学科及主干课程之一。本课程的教学指导思想是通过古代文选和古汉语基础知识的学习,使学生能比较顺利地阅读中医古籍,为深入掌握中医药理论精髓,扫除语言文字上的障碍。 本课程的内容分上下两编.上编为文选,选注先秦至清代的古文四十篇,内容包括医家传记、医学名著选读、医学名著序文、医经注文、医案医话、医论及医学伦理等。下篇为基础知识,包括工具书、汉字、词义、注释、句读、今译等六章。附篇有与中医药文献相关的古代文化知识、简繁字、异体字对照表等。 本课程突出中医专业古汉语的特点，使学生尽可能多地接触中医古籍原文，做到文医结合、文药结合，以更快地提高阅读原著的能力，并可加强医古文与其它中医药课程的有机联系。 本课程的教学以讲授和自学两种方式进行，坚持教学并重、讲练结合的原则，注重实际阅读能力的培养。由于课时所限，上编选文12篇，下编选取6章择要讲授。理论讲授为45学时，注重课后阅读实践和自我练习，复习和考试（考查）5学时。总计：50学时。讲／习总的比例约为10：1。本课程为3学分。 course brief introduction applied specialty: Five-Years Program of Chinese Medicine? course characters: ancient Chinese medical literature?is a basic subject to study the language and culture of ancient medical literature of TCM specialty in higher medical institutions? teaching objective: Through studying of this course, Students can obtain the abilities to read the TCM classic masterpieces with the help of reference books. The difficulty words and the sentences are stressed, Students are required to read the articles skillfully. In order to expound the foundation knowledge and impart the basic skill the essence concepts are required to explain clarity in the part of basic knowledge of ancient Chinese language.
