△基金项目：上海市重大科研项目基金（04DZ19506） 糖尿病治疗专家系统研制和应用△ 蔡东联#, 罗狄隐*, 耿珊珊, 施 尧**, 韩 婷, 曹 翔, 刘晓丽 (第二军医大学附属长海医院营养科,上海200433) 摘要： 目的 研制同时具有饮食治疗、运动治疗、药物治疗、自我监测和营养教育“五驾马车”功能的糖尿病治疗专家系统（DTS），为糖尿病治疗提供有效的工具。方法 采用信息技术、多媒体技术和现代营养治疗方法相结合，将糖尿病治疗的“五驾马车”有机结合，对糖尿病及其并发症患者的饮食摄取量和运动量进行量化控制。结果 DTS包括医院和家庭系统，医院系统适用于糖尿病专科门诊和营养门诊，可对患者进行饮食、运动、药物治疗，并具有病史管理功能。家庭系统与医院系统相匹配，患者利用家庭系统进行自我监测，医患互动，有效地提高糖尿病临床治疗效果。结论 DTS使用操作方便，可有效地提高糖尿病临床治疗效果。 关键词：糖尿病治疗专家系统；糖尿病 中图分类号：R151.4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1008-5882（2005）05- Developing and Application of Diabetes Therapy Expert Systems Cai Dong-lian, Luo Di-yin,Geng Shan-shan,Shi Yao,Han Ting,Cao Xiang, Liu Xiao-li (Department of Clinical Nutriology,Center for Clinical Nutrition, SMMU, Changhai Hospital,Shanghai 200433,China) Abstract: Objective To investigate the diabetes therapy expert systems(DTS) with “five horse carriage” at same time including the therapy，movement therapy,druggery therapy，selfhood supervise and nutritional education.
