摘 要 近年来,我国企业尤其是中小企业中大量的一线职工为外来农民工尽管他们整体的文化素质较低但已成为国内企业一线用工的主要来源。而农民工在企业的生存和工作状况却不尽如意。一些企业因盲目追求利润而忽视了其应负的社会责任出现了众多的劳资纠纷、拖欠工资、恣意延长劳动时间频发人为安全事故等等问题这些触目惊心的事件频频发生使人们对“企业社会责任”、提高企业“公民”责任的呼声日益高涨。本文旨在企业社会责任的理论指导下采用因果分析的思路对企业社会责任理论进行阐释In recent years, in our country Enterprise small and medium-sized enterprise a massive staff was the external peasant laborer particularly, although their wholes cultural quality was low, but has become a Domestic enterprise employing labor the important source. But the peasant laborer is actually unpleasant in enterprises survival and the working condition. Because some enterprises pursued the profit to neglect the community responsibility which blindly its should take, presented the numerous labor disputes, the rears of wages, the willful extension working time, the frequency has had artificial safety incident and so on questions, these alarmed events occurred repeatedly, cause the people to be right “the enterprise community responsibility”, to enhance the enterprise “the citizen” the responsibility call to grow to ever greater heights. This article is for the purpose of the enterprise community responsibility under the theory instruction, uses the causality analysis the mentality, through analyzes our country peasant laborers to receive the fair play to propose that the concrete solution measure, with by carries on a deeper explanation to the enterprise community responsibility theory.
