低强度激光经鼻腔照射疗法治疗高脂血症 厚磊李子孺池井泉梁德英胡桂芳邱晓蔚刘继红陈建华郝晓英王燕申刘颂豪黄益富北京莱润医学科技有限公司华南师范大学桂林康兴医疗器械公司低强度激光低强度19天后分别对治疗效果和安全性进行评价。结果 30例(37-70岁)患者进入本研究,去除中途退出1例和最近2周服用降脂药物者9例,纳入分析的患者共有20例(激光组11例,药物组9例)。所有供分析病例均安全出组,未见严重不良反应发生。激光组治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)显著下降[(6.22±0.90)mmol/L vs.(5.83±0.86)mmol/L,P=0.031],但降幅显著小于舒降之治疗组[(-5.8±8.5)% vs.(-23.7±6.8)%,P=0.011]。激光组的丙胺酰氨基转移酶(ALT)水平显著下降[(22.4±11.2)U/L vs.(17.0±10.7)U/L,P=0.022],而舒降之治疗组未见明显变化,两组相比具有显著差异[(-23.1±28.2)% vs.(6.9±27.7)%,P=0.070]。结论 低强度激光尽管降脂强度不如他汀类降脂药(舒降之),但可有效降低血清总胆固醇水平,并改善患者的肝功能。 【关键词】低强度激光Irradiation by Nose for Hyperlipidemia HOU Lei1, LI Zi-ru2, CHI Jing-qu2, LIANG De-ying2, HU Gui-fang2, QU Xiao-wei2, LIU Jihong2, CHEN Jian-hua2, HAO Xiao-ying2 WANG Yan-shen1, LIU Song-hao2, HUANG Yi-fu3 (Wholelife Medical Science Co., Ltd. Beijing 100089, China; South China Normal University, Guangzhou 510631, China; Guilin Kangxing Medical Divice Co.Ltd., Guilin 541004 China) [Abstract] Objective To explore the lipid-lowering effect of low-level laser irradiation by nose for patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 30 outpatients with hyperlipidemia were randomized into low-level laser group and Sivostatin group after informed consent forms were subscribed, and were treated for 19 days according to the period of treatment respectively. The effect and safety of low-level laser irradiation and Sivostatin was evaluated. Results 30 patients (37-70 years) entered the study and except 1 dropping out and 9 receiving lipid-lowering treatments within 2 weeks 20 patients (including 11 with low-level laser and 9 with Sivostatin) were analyzed. All analyzed completed the trial safely and no serious adverse event was recorded. Blood serum total cholesterol (TC) for laser group was decreased significantly compared with baseline [(6.22±0.90)mmol/L vs.(5.83±0.86)mmol/L,P=0.031] although decreased percent was significantly less than that for Sivostatin group [(-5.8±8.5)% vs.(-23.7±6.8)%,P=0.011].
