Results　The i hibitory effect of macrophage o tumor cell depe d o the treatme t of the i creased c9, t11-CLA level, at the same time, the expressio of IL-6,TNF-αa d iNOS mRNA i creased, the expressio of Erk decreased with the elevati g dose of CLA.Conclusions　c9,t11-CLA could i crease the killi g ability of macrophagei mice to B16-MB cells, a d it was associated with i ductio of IL-6,TNF-αa d iNOS mRNA expressio .We speculate that a titumor ability of CLA may be associated with taki g part i body immu e regulatio actio , a d the effects of CLA o the killi g ability of muri e macrophage to B16-MB cells was ot associated with the MAPKErk pathway. 【Key words】　Li oleic acids;　Macrophages;　Cytoki es;
