【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of c9, t11-co jugated li oleic acid o the killi g ability of
macrophage to B16-MB cells i C57 mice a d explore its possible mecha ism.Methods The five levels of CLA was
desig ed as 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 μmol/L.After macrophage was treated with CLA for 24 h, the killi g ability of
macrophage o B16-MB cells was evaluated by MTT, The expressio of C57 mice macrophage cytoki e IL-6,TNF-
αa d iNOS mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.The expressio of Erk protei was exami ed by Wester Blot assay.
Results The i hibitory effect of macrophage o tumor cell depe d o the treatme t of the i creased c9, t11-CLA
level, at the same time, the expressio of IL-6,TNF-αa d iNOS mRNA i creased, the expressio of Erk decreased
with the elevati g dose of CLA.Conclusions c9,t11-CLA could i crease the killi g ability of macrophagei mice to
B16-MB cells, a d it was associated with i ductio of IL-6,TNF-αa d iNOS mRNA expressio .We speculate that
a titumor ability of CLA may be associated with taki g part i body immu e regulatio actio , a d the effects of
CLA o the killi g ability of muri e macrophage to B16-MB cells was ot associated with the MAPKErk pathway.
