陆军后勤新兵体能适应与幸福感的关系 [摘要] 目的 调查新兵的幸福感状况,体能适应与幸福感的关系。方法 采用综合幸福问卷(MHQ),随机抽取解放军某部新兵312名进行施测。结果 ①新兵幸福感。②适应体能训练与不能适应的除在幸福感的友好关系维度上未见显著差异其他幸福感都呈现显著差异。生活满意维度t = 5.44,p0.05,适应的新兵生活满意度更高;人格成长维度t = 3.04,p0.05,适应新兵人格成长得分更高;自我价值维度t = 2.43,p0.05,适应新兵自我价值感更高;生命活力维度t = 7.47,p0.05,适应新兵充满活力;利他行为维度t = 2.12,p0.05,适应新兵;健康关注维度t = 3.68,p0.05,适应新兵;负性情维度t = ‐5.25,p0.05,正性情维度t = 3.87,p0.05,适应新兵情体验更积极,而不适应体能训练的新兵则体验多消极情;友好关系维度t = 0.49,p 0.05,“适应”与“不适应”的新兵群体的人际关系情况大体相近。结论 [关键词] 新兵;体能适应;幸福感 Abstract: Objective The research investigated the well-being in Army logistics recruits, and studied the relationship between physical adaptation and well-being. Methods The Multiple Happiness Questionnaire (MHQ) were randomly assigned to 312 recruits. Results ① Recruits were at a high level of self-reported well-being overall. ② There were significant differences between recruits adapted to physical training and the maladaptive ones in multiple happiness, but the friendly relation dimension. Life satisfaction dimensions, t = 5.44, p 0.05, adaptive recruits had higher life satisfaction; Personal growth dimension, t = 3.04, p 0.05, adaptive recruits scored higher; Self-value dimension, t = 2.43, p 0.05, adaptive recruits were in higher sense of self-worth; Vitality dimension, t = 7.47, p 0.05, adaptive recruits were energetic; Altruism dimension, t = 2.12, p 0.05, adaptive recruits expressed more willingness to help others; Health conscious dimension, t = 3.68, p 0.05, adaptive recruits were more concerned with their health; Negative affect dimension, t = -5.25, p 0.05 , Positive affect dimension, t = 3.87, p 0.05, adaptive recruits experienced more positive emotion, on the contrary, maladaptive recruits experienced more negative emotion; Friendly relation dimension, t = 0.49, p 0.05, adaptive and maladaptive recruits had the same interpersonal relationship.
